I would like to comment on the service I received from Trellidor Knysna and Wynand Delport. On Saturday late afternoon I discovered that my Trellidor Roller door that protects my garage... read more was not working. The door had started to close, realizing that only the one door was closing I interrupted the close and included the second door to close as well. My interruption on the close had caused one of the doors to close only halfway and was no longer responsive. In desperation I called Wynand to ask if there was any way of me overriding the system and putting it into manual mode. Given that the motors and box are mounted outside the garage, the answer was no. It was stuck. Wynand said he would come and investigate it for me to ensure that my property wasn't exposed over the weekend. Just before dark a technician arrived at my house to investigate. He quickly realized that my receiver had failed and went to see if he had one at the office. As it turned out he didn't, but he did get my stuck door closed for the weekend. First thing this morning Monday 29 January, I was greeted with the same gentleman, receiver in hand and my broken roller door is now fixed. Thank you Wynand and the team for your exceptional service. Knysna is a small town and if anyone ever considers fitting a safe and secure Trellidor system, I highly recommend the Knysna guys. My security apparently was fitted eight years ago and the service I received shows what backup there is. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
